The Arms Trade Resource Center, is a project of research and public education on preventative diplomacy and the control of international arms transfers that seeks to promote new U.S. policies appropriate to the realities of the post-Cold War world.

The U.S. State Department is still under obligation to tell the public where funds are going. It's somewhat difficult to navigate, but good to find out more about where American tax dollars are going. They do make it difficult. When clicking on the button for U.S. AID, I got this information:
